Meet The Chef


I can still recall the fresh aroma of seafood combined with a variety of aromatics growing up.  These sensations I experienced has been ingrained inside of me as far as I can remember.  It has inspired me to pursue my love for seafood through catching, preparing, cooking and especially EATING. Nothing brings me greater pleasure than to share my love for seafood with others as a professional Chef.  I am currently specialized in preparing modern pan-asian seafood dishes, while at the same time, creating and crafting unique one-of-a-kind-dishes inspired by modern cuisine and my personal experiences.
